In the interests of the directors of any companies, shareholders of such companies, discretionary economic settlors of trusts, beneficiaries of trusts, their trustees and all and any other interested parties we wish to record who is (are) authorized to request Kestrel to consider making payments / stock orders on behalf of the entity (company, trust or personal account).

Please complete this form with the name and details of each person authorized to sign and indicate their signing
capacity. This Authorized Signatories form should be then signed at the bottom by each of the Kestrel's counterparties.

Depending on signing capacity, it may be necessary to select several criteria for each Authorized Signatory in order
to reflect his/her rights and limitations.

The Authorised Signatories will be jointly and severally liable for any damage resulting from failure to detect inadequate proof of identity or false, forged, altered or otherwise legally insufficient documentation, unless Kestrel S.A. is guilty of gross negligence.

Any damage resulting from the use of postal services, telephone, telefax, e-mail, or any other system of
communication or means of transportation, especially from losses, delays, misunderstandings, mutilations
or duplications, must be borne by the Authorised Signatories, unless Kestrel S.A. is guilty of gross negligence.

The above protocol remains in force until Kestrel S.A. receives explicit written amendments.
